We're looking for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You'll Do
· Set up and operate CNC milling machines
· Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
· Select tooling, workholding, and machining strategies for a variety of jobs
· Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality requirements are met
· Work closely with programmers, quality personnel, and fellow machinists to solve manufacturing challenges
· Machine precision components for aerospace, defense, space, and commercial customers
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of CNC milling experience preferred
· Strong setup experience
· Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
· Experience using precision measuring equipment
· Experience machining to tight tolerances
· Strong attention to detail
· Positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
